Asparagus, Bacon & Herb Cheese Pizza

Who doesn’t love pizza?!?!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza Crust (pre-baked, 12-in)
  • 6 tsp. olive oil (divided)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (part skim, shredded)
  • 2 1/4 cups asparagus (fresh, cut into 1-in pieces)
  • 8 slices bacon strips (cooked, crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup garlic-herb spreadable cheese (such as Rondele)
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 450°.
    2. Place the crust on an ungreased 12-in pizza pan or baking sheet; brush top with 4 tsp olive oil.
    3. Top with mozzarella cheese, asparagus and bacon; drop spreadable cheese by teaspoonfuls over pizza.
    4. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes; drizzle with remaining olive oil.
    5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned.
